I'm a teen writer for my local newspaper. It isn't a consistent job; when you write an article and it gets published, then you get a paycheck. I wrote an article back in April and sent it to my editor. She published it in August, but I never received my paycheck for it. Should I ask her about it, or would that seem impolite? I don't really mind if I don't get it, but my mom keeps pushing me about it. Please help!Definitely. It's your money, you earned it. Just call her to let her know you haven't received your check. It may have been an oversight, or it may have gotten lost in the mail. Receiving your check will mean you'll have more money for Christmas.Ask her ! Say I never got payed where is my money ! In a polite way though lolAbsolutely! Money is something you should not be embarrased about, otherwise, later in life, people are going to rip u off!...just say ' i am sorry to bother u, but i was checking my acct and couldnt locate pymt for this article. is there someone in accts i can check this with?'
be firm with ur money. if u dont value ur work, pretty soon, ppl will stop too.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
