TextField selection problem

I try to achieve an extension for TabPanel I've post here: http://extjs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39344
I've worked several hours today on a problem and I do not find any solution.
On the double click, I switch the title to a TextField but the behaviour is strange : the cursor does not appear and any selection is possible nor by dragging the mouse, nor by using the arrow keys with the shift key... Do you have any idea?
Title is unselectable by default so I think that input fields inherits css rules. You would need to adjust css too.
