  • i've been feeling really really down and need songs that lift my spirits up , or make me feel hopeful and be strong...like jordin sparks " one step at a time" or Within Temptation's "Pale"..those are the only two i know

    also like life lessons i guess like " i hope you dance" or " life is a highway" ( its for me and my friends as we start new lives in new areas)

  • Usually I listen to Jazz or anything light.
    Classic RnB from the 70's is also light so I listen to that to. The Temptations, the Spinners, etc.
    Or you could try Bossa Nova. It's really relaxing.

    It's a break from your usual play list, but try it if you want. :)
