Proxy settings?

  • i'm sure you all have heard this question a million times but i've been searching for hours and can't figure out what to do. i just upgraded to the 12-10 build and my proxy settings no longer work. i have deleted tdata and udata, clean reinstalled xmbc and it refuses to connect. i've tried using all three network options (dhcp, from dashboard, and static) and all of these produce the same results. the error in the log is:
    error unable to connect to www.xbox-scene.com: 10061
    same error for all net based things like imdb or weather. it has to be proxy related i just can't figure out what to do. i'm entering 155.246.15.32 port 3128 (i know those are working because its how i browse the net too) and no luck. any suggestions?


  • iirc, this was fixed in a later version.

    - 12-12-2004 fixed: various settings screen issues (including http proxy, hopefully!)


    always best to check the changelog to see if something has been fixed in cvs:
