    A good way of determining obesity is through BMI - Body Mass Index. Wiki says: The body mass index (BMI), is a statistical measurement which compares a person's weight and height. It estimates a healthy body weight based on how tall a person is. It is the most widely used diagnostic tool to identify obesity problems.

    You should really speak to your doctor -- you may be normal, or too fat or be a normal weight but totally out of shape. If you are a horrible eater - your diet could catch up with you in your thirties. You can start to really gain a ton of weight in your 30's if you don't eat right. (Trust me - I know) and it is way easier to prevent weight gain than to try to take off the pounds after you already have them on your body!!
