How to break your wrist with potatoes?

  • i have gym class now and we have to run a mile in under 10 mins which is almost impossible for the kids who aren't trained for that(which is 3/4 of my gym class) and i dont want to run it. so i heard that you can break your wrist by putting potatoes on them and then tapping your wrist with a spoon or something. how exactly do you do it???
    by the way i'm not mental, just hate running b/c i think it's bullsh*t b/c even if you dont make it in under 10 min you still pass the class but w/ a C. i got out of it 3 of the 4 yrs in highschool with legitimate, non inflicted excuses.

    its kinda like fakin sick but its pretty hard to convincingly fake a injury with all this new technology and all.


  • Don't break your wrist. That will hurt so much and you may have pain there for the rest of your life.

    Just cut class, say you have cramps/are sick/feel naseous - or think that its only 10 minutes of your life and you can do anything for ten minutes. That really sucks though.

  • well i know how to do it but it is extremely painful and the pain will last longer than it does after you run. A lot of people can run the mile in 8minutes so its not that hard just breathe through your diaphragm.
    there is a bone in your thumb which cannot be seen on x-ray so if you tell your mom that you have excruciating pain there the doctors will probably put a cast over it and viola you can't run.
    make sure that you know what bone it is and where.
    (yo need to have some bruising and swelling)


  • lol..thats a bunch of bullshit about the potatoes..I've never heard that before.

    Don't break your wrist..just run the mile and get it over with(its only 10 minutes of your life).

    You'll make it under 10 minutes as long as you pace yourself.


  • They still make you run with a cast on your wrist. So skip the potato. That potato trick does not work. Get your doctor to write you an excuse for no running for 1 month..
