But since you mentioned working long hours then it is probably a "wear and tear" kind of thing.
There are other relaxation massages for this type also like the Swedish or Deep Tissue Massage.

One thing to keep in mind though, make sure you have a licensed massage therapist to ensure an effective result and not the other way around
I have had 14 surgeries in 42 yrs and a massage is purfect at any age. It just makes you melt and become one with the table, so to speak..
Accupunture allowed me to walk up right and ease my pain. It took 3 months but worth every needle.
