Video Cycles Through FF Speeds

    xbmc 6/11 build

    tried to use xbmc to play some video files after about a month of inactivity. it was working fine before the break.

    now when i go to my videos, it won't let me toggle down the files in list view. i can go to icon view and select the video file but when i attempt to play it, it just scans the opening scene and loops through all the ff modes. i get 2x/4x/8x/16x/32x flashing over and over in the upper right hand corner. if i then hit the play button, i return to the my video screen but with a thumbnail preview of the video playing normally. i was running the 4/28 build of xbmc but just installed the 6/11 build - same problem. problem also appears when playing a dvd under xbmc.

    dvds play normally when x2 mod chip is disabled and booting to ms dash. games play normally both under ms and x2.

    i've deleted the 0face directory in tdata to reset and still nothing.

    any ideas as to what is causing this? problem with mod chip or xbmc?
